Уважаемые лидеры стран! Сегодня Ваши правительства  закупают тест-системы, аппараты искусственной вентиляции легких, призывают граждан к самоизоляции и вводят жесткий карантин. Это необходимые, но недостаточные меры по борьбе с распространением коронавируса. Что произойдет по окончании карантина? Достаточно высоки шансы, что эпидемия снова начнется. Можно оказаться в ситуации, когда потребуется вновь и вновь объявлять всемирный карантин.

Карантин — это не решение проблемы, а всего лишь отсрочка. Что же является решением? Я прошу обратить Ваше внимание на пассивную иммунизацию. В крови людей, которые выздоровели, есть антитела к вирусу. Плазма крови выздоровевших людей или сделанная из их крови сыворотка — это лекарство. Если ввести эти препараты больным, это облегчит течение болезни, уменьшит число смертных случаев. Пассивная иммунизация действует 3-4 недели. Но это способ уменьшить смертность и взять эпидемию под контроль. Также это способ прекратить панику. 

Медики хорошо знают этот метод. Он известен с конца 19 века. Несмотря на это, политики могут недооценивать его важность. Я призываю Вас понять, что сегодня это важнейший приоритет.

В Китае этот метод против коронавируса успешно применялся. Пассивная иммунизация особенно важна, если вирус будет мутировать.

Такие страны как Россия, Украина и Казахстан, которые пока вовлечены в эпидемию только чуть-чуть, должны в первую очередь озаботиться закупкой препаратов, сделанных из крови людей, выздровевших от коронавируса, и закупкой эффективных тест-систем. Если все заболевшие будут получать пассивную иммунизацию, эпидемия в стране может не начаться.

Все выздоровевшие, которые получили активную иммунизацию, должны быть взяты на учет. Сегодня в мире больше 100 тысяч выздоровевших и больше 275 тысяч болеющих. Это означает, что каждый выздоровевший человек может спасти трёх больных. Люди с активной иммунизацией, могут не соблюдать правила карантина, поскольку им ничего не угрожает. Они должны получить разрешение перемещаться по миру и работать так же, как работали до эпидемии. Карантин и пассивная иммунизация заболевших — вот реальное решение проблемы. Я очень надеюсь, что мое мнение будет учтено Вами при принятии важных решений.

Dear country leaders!  Today, your governments are purchasing test systems, artificial lungs ventilation machines, urge citizens to self-isolation and introduce strict quarantine.  These are necessary but insufficient measures to control the spread of coronavirus. What will be happen after the end of quarantine? The chances are high that the epidemic will start again. You may find yourself in a situation where you need to declare global quarantine again and again. Quarantine is not a solution to the problem, but just a delay. What is the solution? I ask you to draw your attention to passive immunization. In the blood of people who have recovered, there are antibodies to the virus.  The blood plasma of recovered people or serum made from their blood is a medicine. If these medicines are administered to patients, this will facilitate the course of the disease and reduce the number of deaths. Passive immunization lasts 3-4 weeks. But this is a way to reduce mortality and take the epidemic under control. It is also a way to end a panic.  

Doctors know this method well.  It has been known since the end of the 19th century.  Despite this, politicians can underestimate its importance.  I urge you to understand that today is a top priority.

In China, this method against coronavirus has been successfully used.  Passive immunization is especially important if the virus mutates.

Countries such as Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan, which are only a little involved in the epidemic, should, first of all, be concerned with the purchase of plasma and serum made from the blood of people who have recovered from coronavirus and the purchase of effective test systems.  If all patients get passive immunization, the country’s epidemic may not start at all.

People who have received active immunization should be registered.
